II. Search
Once the profile of the position and the candidate is approved, we apply the search strategy defined in our action proposal. The proposal leads us to take into consideration the entire market in order to detect all the potential candidates meeting the search criteria submitted to us. In particular, it includes:
- companies likely to employ candidates with a similar profile,
- our entire network,
- professional associations with an extended network of contacts in the sector considered,
- possibly, if it seems appropriate, the use of one or more media supports (advertisements).
Following this the candidates are identified and then contacted. We carry out a preliminary check of the extent to which the candidates meet the criteria for the position to be filled. Once this test is finished, we invite the candidate to a personal interview.
